Updated to ensure overrides are enabled for <VirtualHost> entry
Needed if overrides are disabled by default so the .htaccess file rules are honored

I don't think we're doing anything with current categories/active highlighting in the sidebar anymore, and this PR is based on "old-css." If there's anything to do here anymore, a new PR that applies cleanly should be filed. |
